We can carry out the complete process, dealing with loss adjusters and surveyors, utility companies, and the customer.
From authorisation we will start on the properties, stripping out, etc, will then allow for drying out periods (installing de-humidifiers and checking on a regular basis) when the property has dried out, we will then set about the re-construction of the inside of the property, and at this point we will produce a schedule of works and an estimated completion date.
Re-installion of gas and plumbing will be carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer, and certificates supplied.
Re-installation of wiring will be carried out by an NICEIC registered electrician, and certificates supplied.
All other work will be carried out by trade specific trades people – (carpenters, plasterers, painters, etc)
We also have good relations with local carpet shops, and can offer some discount on various carpets and laminate flooring.
We also offer making properties secure following fire damage - Temporary front and back doors, boarding of windows.
